our STORY

Rodgers Ski & Sport is a family owned and operated specialty ski and bike retailer. In 1974, it all began with a few pairs of skis sold out of a Datsun Pickup at Plymouth State College. In 1981, Rodgers Ski Outlet opened its first location in Lincoln, NH. David and Helen grew the small business to multiple locations in a few years. In 1988, Rodgers brought the new fad of snowboarding to its product selection. We started Mothership Snowboard Shop in 1996, focusing on small American made brands. Our family business then became a major player in the specialty ski retail industry and was open year round, selling skis and bikes in the summer. In 2006, Ski Magazine recognized Rodgers Ski and Sport as a GOLD MEDAL SHOP. In the winter of, 2008 we built our state of the art flagship retail store in Lincoln, NH. Today, our family operates one of the largest ski shops in the East. We continue to grow with the support of our customers and continue to lead the industry in product selection and service. Staff is family and friends. We have been family owned and operated since 1981. Over the years we have grown and more help was needed. Each member of our team has years of experience.
