Our boot Guru’s are Masterfit University trained and have years of experience in making any modification and customization possible. If you get fitted and purchase a boot from Rodgers Ski & Sport, any boot work is included with your purchase for the remainder of the season. (*excludes race and pro sales)

We have the machinery to punch, stretch, plane, lift, repair, and custom fit any need. We also build and modify the best custom footbeds to improve fit and performance. Cold feet? We also install and service boot heaters.

Does the Shoe Fit?

It can be the best ski boot made, but if it doesn't fit your foot, the next day on the hill will be miserable. We have all had a bad ski boot. Too big, too small, too packed out, too soft....and the list goes on. We will get you in the correct boot from the start or work with what you already own to fix any problem. Fit is everything. The correct size, volume, and flex are all must haves to make your next best day. We will tear your boot apart, and rebuild it around your foot so you have the best comfort and performance.

Stance and Alignment

INSTAPRINT CUSTOM FOOTBED SYSTEM

Our system uses partial weight bearing to better match the natural arch of the foot without overcorrection. The result is a low-volume precise casting of your foot for better control, comfort, and circulation.

ATOMIC CANTING EVALUATION

This isn’t your old plumb bob evaluation. We can look at your alignment and suggest corrections quickly and accurately. This new system can be used both for static and dynamic measurements. Our planer does the rest.

KEISLER PLANER AND DIN ROUTER

We can CANT, flatten, and change the ramp of any alpine race or recreational boot. We carry a variety of lifter kits to maximize edge angle. When its all done we can bring the boots back to DIN norm so they fit perfectly in any binding.

Customize to your Fit

Fordom Shell Grinder

For alpine race shells or recreational skiers who need a specific pressure point relieved. We match your problem area directly to the shell and carve away just the right amount of plastic to make your foot shape match your boot.

Scott Press and Boot Stretcher

When the spot is more of an area…you need some more room; blowing out a boot can be the only way. We heat up the shell to over 200 degrees and punch and stretch the plastic to give you all the room you need.

Custom Shell Oven

Many manufactures have put additives in boot plastics so they can mold at high temperatures. This eliminates any grinding or blowouts. A true custom fit is just 30 min away.
