If a product purchased at Rodgers Ski & Sport has been found to have a manufacturers defect it can be returned for replacement. This process requires the product being brought to our store for visual inspection along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Any reasonable defect will be shipped back to the manufacturer’s warranty department for claim OR immediatly replaced with new product. The company with either repair the product, issue a replacement, or issue a credit. Their decision is final and made at their sole discretion. Please note, this process can take up to 4 weeks. During this time, no refunds or credits will be issued until the manufacturer has reviewed the product and informed us of their decision.
